The platform is intended solely for personal development, educational use, and professional training, not for legal assessment, employee monitoring, behavioural profiling, or any formal evaluation purposes.

 

2. User Accounts & Access

Some features may require account creation or subscription purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and ensuring all activities conducted under your account comply with these terms.

 

3. Subscriptions & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan at checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment platforms. Trials, one-time passes, or subscription plans are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must only analyse and upload content of their own voice, writing, images, or videos, or content for which they have explicit consent and rights to use.
The platform must not be used to analyse or monitor other individuals without their knowledge or consent.

The platform may not be used for:

• Employment screening or recruitment decisions

• Academic grading or disciplinary actions

• Psychological or legal assessments

• Surveillance or behavioural monitoring

Violation of acceptable use may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Data & Privacy

Communication Analyser respects user privacy and complies with our Privacy Policy. Wherever possible, analysis occurs locally on user devices, and data is not stored without explicit user consent. Media uploaded for analysis is processed to deliver feedback only and is not used for any secondary purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All website and platform content, software, concepts, branding, tools, designs, and analysis systems are the property of Communication Analyser and are protected under intellectual property law.
Users retain ownership of any content they submit for analysis and grant Communication Analyser permission to process this content solely for feedback purposes.

7. Service Availability

Access to the platform is subject to internet connectivity and ongoing maintenance. Communication Analyser does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend services for updates, upgrades, or technical issues without notice.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy presented at the time of purchase. The 24-hour trial pass is non-refundable once activated.
Refunds are otherwise handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Communication Analyser provides tools for skill development only. Results are indicative and educational in nature and are not guarantees of performance outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Communication Analyser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the user for the associated subscription period.
